Let me introduce myself. I'm Jamie, the founder of Basic Girl Teaches. I love using Instagram for my business because it allows me to develop relationships with the people in my audience - people like you! I know that using Instagram can be a little confusing, especially when you're just starting out. There are so many different parts and it can be a challenge to figure the whole thing out - at least I know it was a challenge for me. That's why I created this dictionary - a flexible tool with easy to understand definitions and explanations for just about every word, phrase, element, etc that you might encounter on Instagram.

Teachable uses the "lectures" and "courses" as the categories on their platform, but this dictionary won't work like a traditional course. You'll have a few "lectures" detailing the terms of use and how to use the dictionary, but then you'll have a space to download the dictionary as a PDF. Feel free to print it out, read it from cover to cover, or just reference it whenever you need it.

I know that there is room for everyone on Instagram - even you! It may seem like Teacher Instagram is oversaturated, but that's not true. No one has ever done it the way YOU will do it. The world needs what YOU have to offer and my #1 goal is to create products, content, and resources that will help you figure out how to best share your message with the world.
