About the Dictionary

This dictionary was designed to be a reference guide for you to access whenever you need it. The terms in the dictionary are arranged alphabetically. Many terms also include a "What does this mean for you?" explanation in addition to the definition.

Here's an example of one of the entries in the dictionary:

Audience.
Your audience is the people who view and potentially interact with your content. Typically people think of their audience specifically as the people who are following them, but your audience can also extend to those who interact with your content or encounter your content but do not yet follow you.
What does this mean for you?
Get to know specific people in your audience. When you know your audience, it's easy to create content that provides value for them because you know them and their needs. Avoid the tendency to view your audience as this ambiguous mass of people.
